1、 Integrated Generator Security Check and Preparation
Check connections: Ensure that all components of the device are securely connected, including electrical connections, and confirm that all electrical load control sockets are disconnected.
Check the fluid level: Check the radiator fluid level to ensure sufficient antifreeze; Check the condition of the engine oil and fuel. The engine oil should not exceed the limit of the dipstick, and the fuel addition should reach the specified value.
Work environment: Place the generator in a ventilated, open, and stable area, away from flammable materials, to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
2、 Integrated Generator Operation Process
Start the integrated generator: Turn the fuel valve to the open position and confirm that the automatic blocking has been closed when the engine is in the low-temperature starting state (if manual operation is required, please move the blocking rod to the closed state). Turn the engine to the open position, gently pull up the starter handle until resistance is felt, and then quickly pull to start the engine.
Power generation operation: After starting the engine, make sure to close the electrical load control panel socket to put the generator into power generation mode.
Welding operation: If welding is required, please firmly connect the welding cable to the DC terminal of the welding before starting the engine.
3、 Integrated Generator Operation Instructions
Fuel management: When injecting fuel, ensure that the fuel does not exceed the protruding part of the fuel filter to avoid potential safety risks.
Safe distance: Do not touch any part with your hands while the Integrated Generator is running to avoid accidental injury. Operators should maintain a safe distance from live equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Avoid overload: Do not connect too many electrical devices to the generator to avoid overloading, affecting its performance and usage time.
Regular maintenance: Regularly maintain the generator, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing worn parts, to ensure that the generator is in good condition.
4、 Other precautions for Integrated Generator
Good ventilation: Maintain good ventilation when using an Integrated Generator to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning.
Noise control: When the generator generates noise, especially during operation, try to place it far away from residential areas to reduce the interference of noise on daily life.
Fuel handling: Pay attention to properly handling the fuel of the generator to avoid safety issues such as fires.
Professional training: Operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the operating procedures and maintenance knowledge of the generator.
